A 10% discount on the room rates of double rooms and twin rooms will be offered to Macao SAR public entities and non-profit organizations, whose accommodation applications have been approved by the University management.
UM Units, Staff and Students can apply for accommodation in accordance with the following procedures:
- Review the “Guest House Resident Rules” before starting your application.
- For important points to note regarding Guest House, please refer to the “Guidelines for UM Guest House“.
- Regarding the confirmation of guest room booking, the applicant will be notified via email during office hour after the booking is approved by the Student Resources Section (SRS).
- Guests should contact the units who apply for their accommodation if any amendment or cancellation for their reservation. The applicant will be notified via email during office hour after the approval is obtained.

- Fill out the “UM Guest House Application Form (For Staff)”(eForm)
- Submit the completed form with supporting documents to SRS at least 7 working days in advance prior to check-in date.
- Due to limited accommodation for guests, please note that the application will be processed on a first-come first-served basis and late applications may not be accommodated.
- Upon review by SRS, the applicant will be notified by email on reservation confirmation.
- The applicant shall notify N1 Guest House of any amendment / cancellation of the application at least 3 working days prior to the guest’s check-in date. Otherwise, a special charge of 1 night room rate will be applied.

- Please submit an official letter including the introduction of the non-profit organization, reason for application, the requested period, number of rooms and preferred room type , addressed to the Rector of The University of Macau at least 30 days prior to the reservation date.
